Rocket ceramic filter
Rocket ceramic filter, ecological, fully automatic. Filtration support by means of ceramic discs. Designed for the separation of wine containing solids after debourbage, so that the entire product can be recovered in an integrated manner. With this filtration we guarantee to have a product identical to the clarified liquid, being able to mix it with the original liquid. It has an absolute porosity of 0.2 microns.
Managed by a programmable controller (PLC), equipped with a control panel for the adjustment and visualisation of the process parameters, which allows an automatic control of the machine. The filter does not require an operator during the filtration phase.
Built on a stainless steel structure, on wheels. It incorporates an AISI 304 stainless steel hood, electrical panel, pump/motor and drive valves. The pump is equipped with a stainless steel pre-filter to protect the filtering discs from any impurities contained in the product to be treated.
The shaft is kept rotating by means of a motor equipped with an electronic frequency variator (inverter), the electrical absorption of the motor is constantly controlled to proceed to block the process once the maximum product density allowed in the chamber has been reached, approximately 65% vol.
