FTB automatic tangential filter. Filtration membranes made of polypropylene.
Specifications:
– Modules protected with a stainless steel casing.
– Stainless steel panel with touch screen, to manage all the controls. All parameters for the automatic cycle can be viewed and set, so no operator presence is required during the filtration process.
– Feed pump with liquid presence sensor that stops when there is no liquid.
– Electronic speed variator to be able to regulate the feeding speed and not to force membranes. In this way, the filtration process can be prolonged, avoiding overloading.
– Stainless steel structure with wheels.
– Butterfly valves with pneumatic actuator.
– Centrifugal pump for back-washing.
– The filter is equipped with a safety system that stops when the membrane pressure (deltaP) is exceeded.
– Digital indicator of the product temperature, if it is too high the machine stops.
– Flow meter.
– Level sensors.
– Clean kit consisting of: product dosing pump, 3 valves with pneumatic actuator, mixing valve for hot/cold water.
Optional:
– Tele-service to be able to connect remotely to the PLC of the machine.
