Shipment of the package
Our delivery methods are the following:
- Boada Tecnología Ibérica S.L.U. - Store pick-up. You can choose to pick-up your package at our store, using the address and phone that you will find in this website. If you choose this delivery method, your package will be available at our premises after payment, provided it is in stock. Shipping costs in this case are free of charge.
- Transportes Lapuente o GLS. You can choose to have it delivered to your home or postal address by our carrier. If you pay for your order before 12 pm CET, your parcel will leave our warehouse the same day and will be delivered within 2-3 working days. If you pay for your order after 12 pm CET, your parcel will leave our warehouse the next day and will be delivered within 3-4 days.
Furthermore, as some of our products require some customisation and dedication in preparation, not all of our items are in stock. Next to the price of each product there is an estimated delivery time that is independent of that established by our carriers. These delivery times for the Iberian Peninsula (other countries to consult) are:
- In stock: the estimated delivery time of the order is 2 to 3 days.
- From 5 to 7 days: the order preparation time plus the delivery time by our carrier is 5 to 7 days.
- From 10 to 15 days: the order preparation time plus the delivery time by our carrier is 10 to 15 days.
- From 15 to 20 days: the order preparation time plus the delivery time by our carrier is 15 to 20 days.
- From 20 to 30 days: the order preparation time plus the delivery time by our carrier is 20 to 30 days.
- On demand: in this cases, we will need you to contact us in order to discuss some of the characteristics of the order and to understand and adapt it to your needs.
The transport company will be responsible for the product from the time it leaves our facilities until it arrives at the delivery address. Boada Tecnología Ibérica S.L.U. is not responsible for any damage caused by the transport agency.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling charges are a fixed price, while transport costs will vary according to the weight and volume of the order. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually.
We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment. However, as we know that some of our products are fragile and may be scratched or broken in transit, we can assure you that all your items will be properly protected.
Returns and refunds
The customer may return, free of charge, any of the products purchased on www.boadashop.com if the product is defective or if it is not the desired product. Only products that can be remarketed (new and complete) can be exchanged or refunded. In the event that these conditions are not respected, www.boadashop.com will not be able to make any exchange or refund.
In case of refund, these will be made within a period not exceeding 30 days from the verification of such items in our facilities. Any costs that may arise from such returns shall be borne by www.boadashop.com if the product sold is defective or if we have mistakenly sent a different product to the one requested by the customer.
Any special orders that have been customised or made to order will be excluded from this return policy.
Stock
We do our best to try to ensure that all product information is correct and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that there are no errors in product descriptions, product prices or that products will be available when you place an order. We therefore ask you to contact us if you want to make sure that any of our products are in stock.
We reserve the right to change any information about our products, including price, description and availability.
If an order is placed for a product that indicates that it is in stock, and due to an internal error it is not available, we will contact you to find a solution. If you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your money as soon as possible.
