Roller sorting table 01

Roller sorting table 01 for grapes with adjustable roller separation. Grapes fall into the collector while leaves, branches or other objects are removed. The structure is made of high-strength stainless steel, and is mounted on telescopic legs with swivel casters that allow it to easily adjust to any environment.

The vibrating dosing hopper ensures uniform dosing for the highest sorting efficiency. Adjustable roller speed. Collection tray under each section. Easy to operate and to assemble/disassemble. Easy access inside and around the machine for efficient cleaning and maintenance. Control panel with START/STOP buttons.

Composed of two parts of rollers, the first one with 9 sets of rollers that allow to separate the smallest grapes and small residues. In the second part of the table there are 17 sets of rollers that ensure the passage of the grapes to the lower part, while the leaves and other unwanted parts are conveyed to the waste outlet.
