The roller sorting table 04 is used for the separation of grape berries from small seeds, unripe or dry bunches, stems, stalks and other grapes. The table is equipped with a vibrating chute at the entrance that moves the product uniformly to the rollers, which are divided into two parts:
- In the first, red, the separation of the grape berry from: seeds, unripe or dry bunches takes place.
- The second, blue, lets the perfect berries pass underneath, while the rapa, leaves and other bodies go through the upper part to the end of the table.
Under the first part of the table there is a bucket where the small rejected product falls. Under the second one, as an option, we can place a hopper to attach a pulp pump or elevator. The space between rollers is very easy to adjust, so we can use it for different sizes of grape berries.
This roller sorting table is mounted on a sturdy structure adjustable in height. The table has 4 swivel wheels to move it easily around the reception area. It incorporates an electronic variator to change the speed of the rollers.
