Separator of the pit from the pulp with pump and a production up to 750 kg/hour. The machine is composed of a loading hopper. It has a separation drum with a 3-blade agitator that centrifuges the product. This separates the pit from the wet paste (minimum 50%, no water can be added).
A polisher keeps the drum clean and an auger feeds the monopump that carries the paste to the container. The recovered bone is 13 to 18% of the olive used. The installed power of this stone separator can be 4 kW, 7.5 kW or up to 9.2 kW, depending on the model. The current of this machine is three-phase, 380 V.
