Oil extraction line equipped as standard with 4 electronic speed variators. The first is located in the knife mill, the second in the olive intake auger, the third is used to regulate the entry of the paste into the decanter, and the fourth to help start the decanter to avoid excess power consumption. It also has a water flow regulator and a decanter cleaning kit. It includes a heating element to heat the paste.
