This oil extraction line is equipped as standard with an electronic speed variator to adjust the speed of the input auger to send the olives to the knife mill and another one to adjust the flow of paste from the mixer to the decanter, a water flow regulator and a cleaning kit for the decanter. It also includes a heating element for heating the paste. It does not have a temperature display on the electrical panel.
