Gas microbrewery with new concept tanks, in order to have a precise control of the internal temperature for the production of craft beer. The equipment consists of a stainless steel structure mounted on height adjustable feet of 500 mm on top of which are placed the 2 tanks (mashing + boiling and filtration tank + Whirpool).
The accessories can be completely disassembled by means of a DIN fitting. The transfer phases are managed by butterfly valves. The mashing and boiling tank is fully automated. Electric panel with touch screen. The control of the 2 tanks is managed by an integrated PLC with different recipes easily modifiable. Independent water heating tank. In the filtration phase, the product falls into another tank, which automatically sends it to the cooking tank. The same process takes place in the cooling phase as soon as we send it to the fermenters. In the cooling phase we have a plate exchanger.
Characteristics of the tanks:
– Stainless steel maceration and cooking tank with 10° convex top, isothermal, with upper door and flat bottom. Scotch Brite finish and mirror polished interior. With level. Stirrer with cross-shaped blades. Possibility of modifying the height of the blades for lower dimensions. Tangential inlet with half-moon shape to make the Whirpool. PT100 probe for temperature control. Cleaning ball. Upper flange for condensation outlet. Smoke outlet. Gas burner where the power is managed from the touch screen.
– Isothermal stainless steel filtering tank with Scotch Brite finish and mirror polished inside. Conical bottom of 10°. Chinese hat inlet. Floating lid. Lower rectangular door in TIX-G 250 and TIX-G 500.
– Isothermal stainless steel tank for heating water with floating lid, Scotch Brite finish and mirror polished interior. Heating element or heating elements depending on the model. Protection level. Built-in pump for temperature unification and controller. Built-in plate heat exchanger. Electric panel of functions with electronic speed variator. Pump prepared to withstand up to 110°C (230ºF) temperature.
