Semi-automatic filter equipped with 2 electric pumps, one self-priming with flexible rotor for by-pass feeding, and a centrifugal pump with open turbine for washing/regeneration. Filtration membrane consisting of an extra large polypropylene cartridge. The membranes can be regenerated multiple times with chemicals, soda (2%) and citric acid (1%).
Control panel (PLC) with touch screen, to control all the alarms, manage the end of the filtration cycle and detect when we activate the maximum filtration pressure. The machine manages automatically:
– Alarm: the machine stops when it reaches deltaP (maximum filtration pressure).
– Stop due to lack of product to be filtered.
– Stop due to lack of water for cleaning.
Mounted on a stainless steel structure with wheels. It can come with membranes of 0,65/0,8/1,2/2,5 or 5 Micron. Cleaning tank with product dosing pump. All valves have pneumatic actuator and position detectors with limit switches. Installed power: 4 kW.
Optional:
– Automatic version: loading of the product to be filtered, filtration cycle, product discharge due to clogging, washing with water, discharge of the washing water, resumption of the automatic filtration cycle. For the automatic chemical regeneration cycles of the membranes, the operator’s presence is only necessary for the dosing of the products, the cycles are carried out automatically.
This automatic version includes: set of automatic controllers for valves, flow meter, liquid presence level series, modulating back pressure regulating valve, product recovery tank during the unloading phase and also used for chemical regeneration cycles.
