Bottleneck freezer XAM 02

Bottle neck freezer with a standard size (89 mm diameter). With fixated round plate, and from 7 to 48 positions. Built in stainless steel and mounted on wheels. Refrigeration unit with semi-hermetic compressor. Electrical panel according to CE standards, with digital thermostat.

The process is carried out by immersing the bottle neck in a solution of water and propylene glycol (non-toxic) at 55%, at a temperature of -25°C / -28°C for 6 – 8 minutes. The cooler placed under the storage tank keeps the solution at low temperature, while a special fixated plate compatible with the bottles keeps them immersed at the right level.
