The process is carried out by immersing the bottle neck in a solution of water and propylene glycol (non-toxic) at 55%, at a temperature of -25°C / -28°C for 6 – 8 minutes. The cooler placed under the storage tank keeps the solution at low temperature, while a special rotating plate compatible with the bottles keeps them immersed at the right level.
