Disgorging machine
Device for the operation of disgorging. Tank for the liqueur equipped with compressed air inlet (CO2 or Nitrogen) and manometer for pressure control. For performing the operation of degorgement, wine removal, liqueur dosage, wine level. Manual tube degorger on the left side of the machine. 1 or 2 valves for performing independently the various operation ensuring the best possible working quality. Operating cycle managed by an electronic controller to perform the operation automatically. Volumetric doser with graduated glass cylinder; needle valve for setting the exit speed of the liqueur; liqueur feeding by pressurized container. Wine container for receving the excess wine and making the final level. Circuit washing by utility bottle and dedicated washing program.
