Peristaltic wine pump 02 designed for gentle and delicate transfer of liquid and semi-solid food products with suitable accessories. Pumping by progressive squeezing of the tube, easy and fast sanitization. No contact between product and mechanical parts. Self-priming pumps, dry running and equipped with adjustable outlet pressure control device. All models are equipped as standard with electronic speed variator, reversible flow and inlet and outlet compensation lungs, vessels installed on DIN fittings for inspection and cleaning. One-piece cast aluminum pump body, fittings on pump body type DIN 11851 for quick and easy installation of containers and/or hopper and outlet elbow for semi-solids. Automatic grease nipple as standard (except AS 20).
Optional:
– Hopper for handling semi-solids and increased diameter bend at the outlet for pumps AS 100, 150, 200, 290.
– Remote control with speed regulation, flow reversal and safety system (pump stop in case of signal loss and low battery).
– Vacuum switch to adjust inlet depression and decanting in absence of air.
– Rotor with 3 rollers.
