Pulping machine
This machine serves the purpose of pulping or finishing various types of ripe or pre-cooked fruit and vegetables. Pulping can be performed in a diverse variety of fruit mash, in to purée free of seeds, skins and fibres. Products such as citrus juices, jam, soup and fruit nectar can be finished to uniform consistency – pulp reduction. The machine is fed by a hopper (whole fruit) or with pump by a DIN connection (mashed, destoned fruit).
Stainless steel frame mounted on wheels or adjustable feet. Screen sieve with cage, easy dismountable. Rotor, depending on application, easy dismountable. Removable purée collection tray with liquid level sensors. Drive shaft with bearing units. Drive motor with pulley and V-belts, covered with protective cover. Intake hopper with cover and DIN DN80 connection.
Various models are available with one (P) or two (2P) processing stages (with single or double body), and according to the type of product to be processed and the required characteristics of the finished product.
Optional:
– P1000 set for destoning (electrical panel with inverter, rotor, sieve).
– P2000 set for destoning (electrical panel with inverter, rotor, sieve).
– Additional sieve for destoning.
– Pulping machine with inverter.
