Product is pumped in the pasteurizer and output at the pasteurization temperature, suitable for hot filling. The product heating is done in the heat exchanger, made of stainless steel pipe coil inside the boiler. Heating water in the boiler, can be heated with: oil fired burner (PO), gas fired burner (PG), electric heater (PE) or steam. Assembled on a stainless steel frame with adjustable feet.
Pasteurization process controlled with PLC, which regulates heating water temperature, product pump speed, and delivers small deviation of the output temperature. The system prevents that the product will exit at lower temperature as set. Simple control of the pasteurization process, and quick and easy cleaning after use, with the help of the cleaning program.
Heat exchanger pipe coil in the boiler fully made in stainless steel. Hot water circulation with multi stage centrifugal pump. Product feed pump with rubber impeller, connected to inverter. Dry running protection on the pump.
Optional:
– Mono pump.
– Buffer tank 130 l for Bag in Box with level switches.
– Product buffer tank 250 l with level sensors, CIP system, pump.
