With mechanical speed variator, 250 mm diameter grid with cleaner, blade mill and electrical panel with temperature controller and printer. The vertical mixer operates continuously and is equipped with a vacuum pump for vacuum mixing. With inlet at the top and outlet at the bottom by means of a PSS.1 transfer pump.
The electrical panel is integrated in the mill and is equipped with an electronic speed variator to vary the revolutions of the knife mill and to vary the speed of the feed pump from the mixer to the decanter. The horizontal decanter can be mounted side by side on the same structure, or separately with anti-vibration feet. It has been developed for maximum performance with maximum quality; the decanter with its 2.0 inner auger has been designed to obtain a cleaner product without the need to add water; there is no temperature increase during extraction. Furthermore, it is equipped with a pomace discharge pump PSS.1 on board the decanter.
