Automatic Bag in Box filler, where the bag has to be placed manually on filling position, after pressing the START button, the machine will automatically perform the complete cycle: bag opening, pre vacuum (to remove all the air from the bag), product filling (possibility of nitrogen injection after filling), and closing the bag. Complete bag is manually removed from the machine. All parameters are adjustable.
Compact machine, made of stainless steel and with adjustable height, mounted on swivel casters. With integrated pump, bag spout holder with pneumatic locking system, tap holder with pneumatic opening. Venturi vacuum system (antifoam system) to fill bags, where the time is set in the program. Inert gas dosing system after the product is filled in order to displace the air that may affect oxygen-sensitive products. Dosing time is regulated or turned off in the program.
It has a height and inclination adjustable bar grid top table, flowmeter to measure bag volume (different types depending on application), product filling valve with total opening. Electrical cabinet with control panel, buffer tank with liquid level sensor. CIP dummy bag nozzle system with steam sanitation owing to high temperature seals.
