The filling phase for carbonated products consists of: pre-evacuation, gas injection, filling and degassing phase, these functions are performed automatically. Degassing is the elimination of the pressure difference between the bottle and the ambient pressure; this is a delicate phase that is essential to separate the bottle from the spout and prevent foaming and the liquid from escaping.
All phases are managed by a PLC with touch screen. Easy regulation for different formats. Bottle dimensions: maximum height 330 mm and minimum height 220 mm. Maximum diameter 100 mm and minimum diameter 60 mm.
