Fixed and mobile plate coated in stainless steel. Stainless steel guides to support the plates and allow their displacement for inspection. Set of AISI316 stainless steel plates for heat exchange. Polished and electropolished plates complete with gaskets.
Inlet/outlet connections for refrigerant/heat, inlet/outlet connections for product. Set of thermometers.
Used for cooling or heating wine, must, beer, juice.
Optional:
– Thermoregulation by means of a solenoid valve installed at the coolant inlet. This valve is controlled by a controller. The controller receives a signal from a probe installed at the product outlet and controls the control valve according to a temperature set by the operator. In this way, the product outlet temperature is kept as constant as possible.
– Hot water circuit: closed hot water circuit to heat the product. Composed of a brazed plate heat exchanger for hot water/steam exchange (or superheated water), hot water circulation pump between the plate heat exchanger and the brazed plate heat exchanger. Complete circuit with safety valve, thermometer, pressure gauge, possible steam unit (exclusion gate valve, filter and condensate drain). All mounted on the same frame as the plate heat exchanger, in monobloc version.
