This wooden tank with VIPD piston includes an upper door of 400 mm diameter, rectangular front door of 430 x 556 mm, pneumatic piston, total and partial outlet with taps included, 3 legs of 600 mm height, complete level with protection, sampler, cooling jacket, thermometer, probe holder and stainless steel grid for pumping. It also incorporates an electrical panel with temperature controller.
The wooden layer, with a thickness of 4 cm, is made of high quality oak and has a favorable impact during fermentation and wine storage. The wood, once it loses its characteristics, can be easily replaced.
