VIN horizontal stainless steel tank where speed control, mixing time interval, dwell time and discharge are electronically controlled.
It includes a pressure/depression valve in PVC, 2 upper doors of 400 mm diameter, an oval door for inspection, adjustable feet, motor with rotation variation, sampler, cooling jacket, heating jacket with re-circulation, digital thermometer, ball valves for total and partial emptying, electric panel for temperature and rotation speed control of the 8 internal paddles.
The specially built mixing system ensures a light but efficient mixing and also an automatic tank discharge. The gear motor ensures a light mixing with an adjustable speed from 0 to 10 turns per minute in both directions.
Possibility to manufacture in any capacity from 3,200 litres up to 30,000 litres.
