The blades are made of food-grade rubber, and the destemmer shaft is adjustable. It also has an electronic speed variator from 200 to 500 rpm. The drum is rotating. The crusher can be moved to work with destemmed grapes without crushing. The rollers are adjustable. The destemmer shaft and drum are easily removable for quick and efficient cleaning.
It also has telescopic legs to be placed on the sorting table.
