The fruit roller crusher is designed for crushing the fruit between two rubber rollers. Fruit is crushed to brake the skin and expose the internal pump, before further processing (e.g. enzymation, maceration, pressing). The fruit is not cut or grated in the process.
This machine is intended for small soft fruits, for which milling those into small pieces would make a pulp inadequate for pressing, or a pulp that is resistant to juicing.
Crushing is accomplished by passing the fruit between two rubber rollers with a waved profile. The distance between rollers is adjustable.
Construction in stainless steel, mounted on pivoting wheels. Loading hopper with protective grid. Rubber rollers with a waved profile. Roller distance adjustment system. Geared motor drive with protective cover.
